These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and vk99game (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at vk99game.com, including all products, services, games, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing vk99game, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the vk99game platform and close your account if one has been created.

vk99game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. To register and use a vk99game account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as vk99game users.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during and after registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of a current employee of vk99game or any of its affiliated companies or game provider partners.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory decision, or other legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements or from gambling.

Each individual is permitted to hold one vk99game account only. Creating more than one account — under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed without return of deposited funds.

During registration on vk99game, you are required to provide a valid Pakistan mobile number (in +92 format), a valid email address, and a secure password. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number to verify ownership and activate the account. vk99game uses this mobile number as the primary recovery method if you lose access to your registered email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk99game login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, including those registered under different names or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual.
• Account security. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings for an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access to your vk99game account and PKR balance.
• Accurate information. All personal details must be accurate and kept current. Changes to your registered name, mobile number, or banking details must be submitted to vk99game support for verification before they take effect.
• No account sharing or transfers. vk99game accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance contained within it to another person.

vk99game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, USDT TRC20, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit on vk99game is 500 PKR. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts.

All deposits to vk99game must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. vk99game does not accept third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your vk99game account.

Deposited funds are made available in your vk99game PKR wallet immediately upon payment processor confirmation. vk99game does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method. Third-party transaction fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside vk99game's control and will not be reimbursed.

Withdrawal requests on vk99game are available to all verified account holders. KYC identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at vk99game's discretion, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts displaying unusual activity patterns.

The minimum withdrawal amount on vk99game is 1,000 PKR. Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: Typically processed within minutes of request submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Raast: Instant bank transfer — processed during SBP Raast operating hours. Most requests complete within minutes.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): Same-day processing during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 PKT). Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next business day.
• USDT TRC20: On-chain settlement within 5–10 minutes of vk99game processing the withdrawal. Network confirmation times are subject to Tron blockchain conditions outside vk99game's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified vk99game account. vk99game reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed by the system.

vk99game may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vk99game promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your vk99game wallet. Real-money balance is used first unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, using VPN or proxy services to obscure identity, collusion, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonus funds — is a material breach of these Terms. vk99game may void all winnings and close the associated account without notice.

All casino games available on vk99game operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by recognised third-party testing laboratories prior to any game being made available on the platform. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in the information section of each game.

vk99game does not participate in the design, programming, or outcome generation of any game provided by its publisher partners. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the game software at the point of each play event. Past results have no influence on future outcomes in any RNG-based game on vk99game.

Live casino games streamed through the vk99game platform are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi using physical game equipment (cards, wheels, and other materials) in regulated studio environments. In the event of a technical failure — including disconnections, server outages, or data transmission errors — during an active game round on vk99game, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical failure policy. vk99game will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical failures fairly and promptly.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk99game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one vk99game account simultaneously or sequentially as the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity or using vk99game for the purpose of money laundering or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes on vk99game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or calculation errors to accumulate funds that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players or vk99game employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.

vk99game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Pakistan. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the vk99game platform.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk99game platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any vk99game content outside the platform without express written permission from vk99game.

Game content, graphics, audio, and software made available through the vk99game lobby remain the intellectual property of the respective game publishers. vk99game operates under valid commercial licences from all game provider partners. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of game content may be subject to legal action by the relevant content owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk99game, its officers, employees, affiliates, and game provider partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the vk99game platform — including any loss of funds, data, profits, or business opportunity.

vk99game does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor outages, game provider technical issues, and other circumstances outside vk99game's direct control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by vk99game's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistan law.

vk99game collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by users during registration, KYC verification, and platform use. The collection and processing of this data is governed by the vk99game Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

vk99game collects only the personal data necessary to provide platform services, verify user identity, process payments, comply with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations, and improve the user experience. vk99game does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies.

vk99game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or is a restricted person under Section 2 (Eligibility).
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user against vk99game without prior dispute resolution through official support channels.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all funds held in the account at the time of closure — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in whole or in part at vk99game's discretion, subject to the specific nature and severity of the breach. vk99game will communicate the reason for account closure via the registered email address.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the vk99game platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. vk99game operates its platform and customer-facing services in English, targeting users in Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between you and vk99game, you agree to first contact vk99game's support team via the email address listed in Section 15 and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. vk99game commits to responding to formally submitted disputes within 10 business days.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, vk99game's records of game round results — maintained in the platform's secure logging infrastructure — shall constitute the primary evidence of game outcomes in any dispute resolution process, unless a material technical error can be demonstrated by independent audit.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
